Uanderson Benedetti is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a proven track record of success in both development and finance. With over 15 years of industry experience, Uanderson has established himself as a trusted investor and strategic leader.

Before Broadfield, Uanderson led originations and investments at Millbrook Realty Capital which consisted of structuring bridge loans across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial investments nationwide. Prior to that, he held the same role for institutional investor Fort Amsterdam Capital.

Uanderson began his career in New York City real estate development and ran a municipal development firm with over 35 employees. His engineering background provides him with a unique perspective on the technical aspects of development.

He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in 2005. Originally from Brazil, he is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Aaron Lerman is a Managing Partner and is responsible for underwriting, capital markets, investor relations, and portfolio management.

Aaron has 11+ years of experience in commercial real estate and structured finance, having executed 75+ loans totaling $2.8 billion and underwritten $14 billion in multifamily transactions.

Previously, Mr. Lerman was an SVP of Acquisitions at Cedar Grove Capital, and ran Capital Markets for a NYC-based family office that closed $850 million in 2021-2022. He began his career as a commercial mortgage broker at Meridian Capital Group.

He earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Iowa in 2006.
